Can I set up the unit for my loved one, or does it need to be professionally installed?
Our units are quite easy to install, so you can save money by installing it yourself. Detailed instructions are included in the Welcome Pack, and you can also access them by clicking the link below corresponding to your unit. However, we can arrange for one of our qualified technicians to handle the installation for you, if you prefer.
