The handset was provided for clients who used our optional INS Telephone Service. Since this device is not connected to a traditional phone line, it could only function as a telephone when this service was active. Regrettably, this service is no longer available.
We kindly request that you refrain from picking up the handset after pressing the HELP button on your alarm system, even for testing purposes. It is crucial that we verify the unit's functionality while on speakerphone. In case of an emergency, if you are unable to reach the unit, rest assured that you can still communicate with us, and we can still assist you.
