What happens if I fall over at night?

Just press your HELP button – our call centre is staffed by qualified nurses and other healthcare professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We'll call out to you over the speakerphone in your unit, and send whatever help is required. If you can't respond, we'll summon an ambulance immediately.
