Troubleshooting the SmartHome IPD

If you're having any issues with your LifeGuard SmartHome IP Dialler, follow the steps in these videos to troubleshoot.

  1. Check the Power

     

  2. Check Network Connectivity

     

  3. Check the Antennas



  4. Check SIM Card and APN



  5. Connect to Wi-Fi



  6. Reset the System
