There's a message on my device that reads "No Subscription" – what does that mean and how do I remove it?

This notification appears on the IPD screen if one of the coloured boxes on the right of the screen are touched (e.g. My Home, My Security, or My Concierge as in the picture below) and you have not subscribed to these services.

Please be assured this message does not mean that your alarm system is not working properly.


To dismiss this notification, simply press OK on the screen and the message will disappear. If you are unable to dismiss the message, simply press your HELP button or call 1800 636 226 for assistance.
