What types of Notifications can be sent to residents via the Manager's Portal?

This will depend on the systems you have installed.

The Manager's Portal lets you send notifications to individuals, a group, or all residents.  Depending on the systems installed, they may display on screen or be read aloud. The table below indicates whether notifications and alerts can be sent to the devices in your village.

Please Note: Delivery of messages and alerts are best effort and cannot be guaranteed as it may be affected by various factors, including third-party networks beyond our control.

* IPD read aloud message length is limited to 196 characters.  Notifications longer than that will be truncated when read aloud, but the full notification can be read onscreen.

** LGX read aloud message length is limited to 106 characters.

† INS LifeGuardian® can receive notifications, but they cannot be read aloud. Evacuation Alerts are not yet available, but are currently in development.
