Mia is a dual RF and Bluetooth transmitter that works with both your in-home and mobile alarm systems.
Note the app requires Notification Permissions to allow the Mia to pair successfully.
Some screens in the iOS app may look different than the Android version pictured, but the pairing process is essentially the same.
- Before you pair the Mia, we recommend you ensure the app is up-to-date.
- Once the app is up-to-date, you can pair the Mia transmitter and test it.
- If the app tells you the Mia has lost connection, it may just be that it's not within 10M of your phone. Ensure the phone is within range of the transmitter and it should reconnect. If not, this video will show you how to reconnect it manually.
- Should you need to delete the Mia from your device, follow the instructions in this video. The Mia can only be paired via Bluetooth to one device, so if you wish to change it to a new device, you will first need to delete it from the previous device.
