Why isn't INS receiving my health data?
Sometimes INS LifeGuard may not receive your health data promptly due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Lack of internet or Bluetooth connection
- Permissions not granted for data sharing
- Low device battery or storage limitations
- Disabled background app refresh or syncing errors
- Interference from third-party apps, regional restrictions, or geofence limits
- Low Power Mode on Phone or not wearing your Watch
INS is not liable for delays caused by these issues. To minimise disruptions, ensure your devices are charged, connected, updated, and configured correctly.
