What to do if you can’t hear the SmartTracker or the nurse

The SmartTracker speaks during alarms. If you don’t hear audio:

1. Check the Voice Tone setting

  • Press the lower side button twice

  • The device will say whether Voice Tone is ON or OFF

Ensure it is ON.

2. If audio is still not heard

This may indicate:

  • A speaker fault

  • A network issue

  • The device not being close enough to you
