What to do if you can’t hear the SmartTracker or the nurse
The SmartTracker speaks during alarms. If you don’t hear audio:
1. Check the Voice Tone setting

Press the lower side button twice

The device will say whether Voice Tone is ON or OFF
Ensure it is ON.
2. If audio is still not heard
This may indicate:

A speaker fault
-
A network issue
-
The device not being close enough to you
