What if I move to a new address?

If you move to a new address, INS is able to update your file to reflect your new address, we just need to be advised of this as soon as reasonably possible. If you have moved and do not change your address with INS and push your button and need help, the Ambulance will be sent to your previous address that we have on file.

If you are moving in with someone and they also have an INS Personal Alarm, you may not need both of them, in which case give INS a call on 1800 636 226 and we can work with you and advise on what is needed and what is not needed.

Once the Alarm system is installed at your new address, and everything is turned on and powered up, push the help button and send an Alarm through and let us know you are testing in your new home.
