Yes! Your INS LifeGuard pendant should work even if you’re in another room. You can test your transmitter’s range to ensure it works where you need it.

If we receive an alarm and cannot communicate clearly through your device, we will try to contact your listed phone numbers. If there’s still no response, we will dispatch Emergency Services to ensure you get help—just in case you’ve fallen unconscious.
