How Long for a Replacement Device?

Replacement INS LifeGuard devices are typically posted via Australia Post or a contracted courier, with a standard delivery time of 10 business days from your request.

Please note, once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier and INS cannot control transit times.

If your device hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, contact INS on 1800 636 226 and a customer service officer will assist you.
