How will I learn to use my new alarm system?

INS LifeGuard supplies a Welcome Pack with all of our Personal Alarms that has a brief guide in there on how to setup and use the device itself.

If you have opted for a Technician to attend and install the Alarm system, they will walk you through how to use the device and answer some of your questions. 

If you have opted for Self-Install, that does not mean that you have to do it all alone. You can call into INS LifeGuard and speak to one of our lovely team members who can walk you through the entire process and help along the way and ensure that you are comfortable with your new Personal Alarm system.

If at any point throughout the journey with INS LifeGuard, be it at time of install, 6 months later, an issue has occurred or you just want to show a loved one or a friend how it works or you are unsure and have some questions you didn't think of last time, you are always welcome to call into INS LifeGuard on 1800 636 226 and speak to someone.
