How to trigger an SOS alarm on your SafetyWatch

There are two ways to activate an SOS alarm.

1. Press the side button

• Press and hold for 3 seconds until the watch vibrates.

2. Long-press the screen

• When the screen is on, press and hold for 3 seconds.

Cancel window

After activation:

• A 10-second countdown starts

• Tap the X if the alarm was accidental

If not cancelled, the alert is sent to INS LifeGuard.

What happens next

• A nurse will call back through the watch

• The watch auto-answers so you can speak hands-free

• Assistance will be arranged if needed

If you cannot respond

Nurses follow emergency protocols, including:

• Trying to call you back on the SafetyWatch or alternate contact numbers provided

• Dispatching an ambulance if required

• Notifying your listed contacts
