How much does INS LifeGuard cost?
INS LifeGuard has a number of different costs based on what device type you want.
For our In-Home systems, these are done on a lease basis. The equipment is not owned by you but is instead paid for in a monthly fee and when the equipment is no longer needed you just return it back to INS LifeGuard and once received in office, we will cancel all ongoing costs.
If you would like a technician to attend and install your In-Home system, there is a cost associated with them attending, but if you are happy to just plug it in yourself, or have your family do so, then there is a lower establishment fee to get everything set up, and then a single ongoing monthly cost.
If you opt for Self-Install, don't worry if you get stuck. You are always welcome to call into INS LifeGuard on 1800 636 226 and speak to our staff to get help with making sure everything is working well.
If you opt for our Mobile based systems, such as our SmartTracker and SafetyWatch lines, these operate a little differently. These are purchased by you and are owned by you. This means that there is a higher initial cost, but a reduced monthly rate. In fact, if you combine the In-Home and the Mobile based systems, we will even give you a discount on the Mobile based system!
Our INS LifeGuardian® App allows you to turn your Mobile Phone in the alarm system, and if you have a compatible Smart Watch, that can be paired together to provide even more services. This means that there are no hardware costs as you bring your own device, and you are only paying for the ongoing services.
Lastly if you wish to use INS LifeGuardian® to its full potential but do not have a Smart Watch, you may be interested in our INS LifeGuardian® Watch offering that allows you to bundle an Apple or Samsung Watch together with the costs of INS LifeGuardian®.
All of our offerings, no matter which hardware option you choose, comes with the same access to our services. INS LifeGuard is the only Personal Alarm company in Australia that is staffed by experienced Nurses and Medical Professionals who answer all of the Alarms. This allows you to call in for a general chat, Medical Advice or questions about Medication.
The best part is, there are no hidden costs, no lock-in contracts and you may discontinue the service at any time. And unlike other providers, once you are with INS, all calls made to INS LifeGuard from the alarm system are free!
All of the services offered by INS LifeGuard can be paid for in a variety of methods. You can pay out of pocket monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. If you would prefer someone else pay for it, that may be possible as well as INS LifeGuard can be funded via the DVA RAP Program, Home Care Packages and NDIS.
