How Emergency Services Access Your Home Safely in an Emergency.

We recommend a security key holder be installed.

If a Security Key Holder (SKH) or Lock Box is installed and registered with INS LifeGuard, we provide that information to Emergency Services when needed.

If you don’t have an SKH or Lock Box, a nominated contact with a key who lives nearby can meet Emergency Services at your door.

If neither option is available, Emergency Services may need to force entry.
