Using GPS to Locate a Mobile Alarm

INS LifeGuard mobile alarms feature built-in GPS locators to ensure we can speak to you, locate you, and send assistance even if you can’t respond.

For self-monitored mobile alarms, the GPS function allows you to track the user’s location. This is especially helpful if you’re having trouble contacting them or for residents with cognitive issues, such as dementia, who may be prone to wandering.

PLEASE NOTE: The use of GPS reliant Alarms may cause delays with the alarm being transmitted to INS LifeGuard when used indoors.
