How can I update resident details held by INS?

You can update residents’ details in several ways:

  • LifeGuard Manager’s Portal: Request access to this secure web portal to update resident information, run reports, broadcast messages, and more. Updates can only be made with the resident’s permission. If you do not already have access, simply send us an email to request it.

  • INS LifeGuardian® app: Residents can update their own information anytime directly in the app.

  • LifeGuard Client Portal & IPD: Residents can request free access to the LifeGuard Client Portal, or update their details directly on the IPD following the provided instructions.

These options give residents and managers flexibility to keep information current and accurate.
