# Can I wear my help button in the shower?

Yes! Both the INS LifeGuard Standard Transmitter and Fall Sensor are **water resistant**, so you can wear them safely while showering. We encourage this to ensure you can call for help if you slip or fall.

**Important:** Avoid submerging your device in water—it’s not suitable for swimming or bathing.
