# The LifeGuard Client Portal

## Secure and convenient access to your personal information held by INS LifeGuard

The **INS LifeGuard Client Portal** is a secure, innovative intranet that lets clients, family members, and caregivers (with permission) view or update information at any time. It empowers clients in line with **Consumer Directed Care**.

Using the portal, you can:

- Update personal details, including phone numbers
- Update Security Key Holder location and code
- Edit GP, pharmacy, medical information, and medications
- Manage Emergency Contacts and permissions
- Stay informed with the latest INS LifeGuard news

To request access, call **1800 636 226** for yourself, a family member, or caregiver.
