The INS LifeGuard Client Portal is a secure, innovative intranet that lets clients, family members, and caregivers (with permission) view or update information at any time. It empowers clients in line with Consumer Directed Care.
Using the portal, you can:
- Update personal details, including phone numbers
- Update Security Key Holder location and code
- Edit GP, pharmacy, medical information, and medications
- Manage Emergency Contacts and permissions
- Stay informed with the latest INS LifeGuard news
