SmartTracker Not Powering On When Off the Charging Dock
If your SmartTracker does not show any signs of life when removed from the charging dock, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the top button on the side of the SmartTracker.
- Continue holding until you see all three indicator lights flash.
- Release the button and wait for a couple of minutes.
- Check if the Green and Blue lights begin to blink on and off, indicating the device is active.
Additionally, you can press the SOS button once. If the device beeps or announces the current time, it is powered on and functioning.
